7- Day Yacht Charter Itinerary to Ibiza & Formentera

“The White Isle has a sparkling reputation for a reason. We see it as a destination for indulgence and celebratory trips, for those with an eye for the finer things in life.”

Spend 7 days experiencing the best of Ibiza and Formentera by yacht, with a route that balances secluded anchorages, standout beach clubs, clear-water swim stops and polished evenings ashore. This itinerary is designed for guests who want more than a party circuit — combining the quieter beauty of Formentera with Ibiza’s west coast sunsets, stylish dining and iconic nightlife.

Starting in Ibiza Town, this yacht charter itinerary moves through Espalmador, Cala Conta, Porroig, Cala Jondal, Cala d’Hort, Illetas, Cala Saona, Es Caló and back to Dalt Vila, giving you a well-paced week that feels indulgent, varied and easy to enjoy from the water.

Why Ibiza?

Unmatched beach clubbing so you can get amongst it with the worlds best DJs

Perfect, variable beaches, suited to privacy, partying or dining

Luxury shopping (all specialist brands, local niche arts, you name it)

Excellent restaurants, with a diverse array of cuisine – from casual to the most decadent Michelin star meal.

Absolutely breathtaking landscape and Caribbean-grade water.

Ibiza Itinerary WOW Moments

Espalmador’s first swim

Quiet water, white sand and an easy first swim after boarding in Ibiza.

Cala Jondal beach club day

Stop at Blue Marlin, Ibiza’s most iconic beach club, for a stylish lunch and a high-energy afternoon.

Day at Formentera

Illetas, Cala Saona, Es Caló and Caló des Mort bring the week back to clear water, slower lunches and easy cruising.

Day 1 – Ibiza Town to Espalamador Island

Start in the emblematic Ibiza Town, and enjoy a spot of morning shopping in the Marina Botofach, equipped with all the iconic brands you need. After boarding your yacht and indulging in a welcome drink and snack, your journey begins.

Why Stop in Formentera?

We say that the first stop on your tour should be Espalamador Island, just north of Formentera. Think pure white beaches and pitch-perfect water. There is ample privacy, and it is some of the most jaw-dropping scenery anywhere in Europe. Drop anchor and swim, snorkel and paddle board in this quieter area. We recommend an afternoon of water sports and roaming the beach.

Enjoy a dinner of expertly crafted fresh produce while the boat begins to cruise toward the west coast of Ibiza, taking in the sunset with a cocktail in hand on the flybridge.

Day 2 – Cala Conta to Cala Tarida

Wake up to a beautiful sunset and the stillness of Cala Conta, widely recognised as one of the best coves in Ibiza. Take your morning coffee to enjoy the views. A breakfast fortifies you for a day spent swimming in the perfect waters, and a short journey to Cala Tarida to see the white cliffs and perhaps a dolphin pod swimming alongside you! Quiet, quaint, and stunningly beautiful, so you can breathe out and relax. Before your dinner is served, do some shopping at the very same location mentioned below, offering resort wear and boutique accessories.

Wine Connoisseur? Look No Further Than Cotton Beach Club

Want access to one of the most extensive wine lists in Ibiza? Book a table at Cotton Beach Club. A bottle of Miraval or Krug, the sunset and the white aesthetic go hand in hand with showcasing glamour and photography.

102 Superyacht PARA BELLUM with water toys and floating platform off the stern

Day 3 – Porroig to Cala Jondal

Day three will emphasise amping up the fun. Wake up with a breakfast of your choice, before starting to head to the small fishing cove of Porroig, where water toys are recommended and the party starts. Head to lunch at any number of fabulous restaurants

  • Es Torrent, serving the best seafood on the island,
  • Es Zarcu, just around the corner and right on the water, with paella a must-try
  • Or remain onboard, with your own private lunch cooked with care from the catch of the day.

Drift to Cala Jondal while enjoying a digestif, and when your appetite perks up again, we recommend booking a table at Blue Marlin for incredible food and an endless night of partying with an international roster of world-famous DJs.

Day 4 – Cala D’Hort – Es Vedra

The next day, move to Cala d’Hort, the place that reveals just why people are so drawn to Ibiza. Es Vedra is the third most magnetic point on earth, and its picture-perfect cliffs are best observed from the Terrace of Es Boldado, a Mediterranean restaurant with a rustic, flame-kissed menu. The 400m limestone rock is dramatic and viewed from the deck with a cocktail as the sun sets, it makes for fantastic imagery.

We suggest taking the kayaks or jet skis out to explore the area and its scenery, or staying close to the boat with the slides deployed and the jacuzzi bubbling.

Café del Mar

If you’re interested in Ibiza music heritage and want to decompress further, consider a longer trip to this icon, that would take you further up the west coast. This is the birthplace of the chillout genre, pioneered by DJ José Padilla. A night under the stars and the sounds of smooth Balearic music are waiting for you.

Day 5 – Illetas – Cala Saona

Wake up to breakfast still in the presence of this mythical rock, and begin the trip back down the coast to Illetas, another slice of paradise, perfect for swimming and snorkelling in clear water. Restaurants here are excellent, with lunch at Juan y Andrea. Feet in the sand, champagne in hand, and lobster fresh out of the ocean. Take the afternoon to make the short journey to Cala Saona, and swim under the dramatic red cliffs that the area is known for.

Spend the night at anchor under the cliffs with a custom menu from your on-board chef, or take a short tender to Bocaboca, a grandiose meditation on modern Mediterranean cuisine.

Day 6 – Es Calo – Faro de la Mola

Hop over to another amazing corner of Formentera. Explore the beaches and the reefs, and take a moment to reflect back over your outstanding trip. There is a great lunch to be had at Es Calo, with amazing views, or Can Pasqual, serving fish fresh from the boat that day.

Faro de la Mola

At the highest point on the island, this lighthouse that sits cliffside is a viewpoint like no other. Enjoy the majesty of these towering cliffs, and riffle through the maritime history of Fromentera.

This is a suitably dramatic coastline for your dinner, and we recommend staying aboard and putting your feet up. Let the chef really wow you under pink skies here. This is the ultimate secluded dinner as the sun sets. Finish with cocktails under the stars.

Day 7 – Caló D ́es mort – Dalt Vila

Go out with a bang! Caló D ́es mort is a protected cove with another stretch of water with unbeatable clarity. Take a final morning swim and snorkel before drifting back to Ibiza town, where you began, and taking a stroll around Dalt Vila (Old Town) to take in the heritage-listed cobblestone streets and small boutiques. Finish with a dinner at La Torreta, and choose from any number of world famous clubs, listed below.

  • Pacha – an icon for a reason. Epic parties, long-standing residents. May be quite busy.
  • DC10 – high energy, lots of space and a great track record of fabulous DJs.
  • Ushuaia – beachside dancing and a rooftop lounge for those moments away from the dancefloor.
